　时光匆匆，转眼间我已走过了四年的从教生涯。虽然在大家看来这段时间有些短暂。但细数往昔岁月的点点滴滴，我还是要长叹：生活原来给了我们那么多感动。为了这真情付出后得到的感动，我一直在追求着。刚刚参加工作时，信心百倍。记得第一次以教师的身份走进课堂，感觉一切都是那样美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味浓，为师才知为师难。一段时间之后，我先前良好的自我感觉早就一扫而空，面对一群求知欲渴的孩子们，我才真正意识到教师职业是何等的艰辛和琐碎，三尺讲台站上去容易，要站好可真难啊！

　每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。

　十几年前，我带着对新生活的憧憬，带着教书育人的职业使命，走到了讲台这一方土天地间。一千多个日日夜夜已悄然逝去，曾经的我默默的下定决心，一定要在自己的事业上有所成就，我要用心来对待我的工作，用自己的方式诠释我对教育的理解，也就是带着这种信念和决心，几年来我对工作可谓是一丝不苟，勤勤恳恳。对待任何工作我都充满着热情，学校给予的各种机会我都牢牢把握。无数个白天黑夜，我远离了喧嚣人群，多少个宁静的夜晚，我安于寂寞，笔耕不辍。有时，为了备好一堂课，我认真钻研教材好几遍；有时，为了准备一篇论文，我翻阅大量书籍，不断学习新知，提升教育理念；有时，为了写好一则报道，对简单的几十个字我反复琢磨，细细推敲；也有时，为了完成上级交给的紧急任务，我加班加点直到雄鸡报晓。更有时为了辅导学生的比赛放弃无数个中午和休息日，只为完成我自己的使命。

　还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学习打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学习的现状，因为这是我——一个平凡的小学英语教师的使命。

　通过一个多学期的观察，我发觉有些孩子在英语课堂上学得很好，老师教的一般都会读，但第二天的反馈却比较差。一年级学生的学习能力、接受新知识的能力比较强，但遗忘能力也十分强，如果当天晚上不进行复习的话，第二天往往会把前一天学习的内容忘记。所以为了让您的孩子英语学习有连续性，在课外，我希望家长能够多关心孩子的英语学习状况，并提以下几点建议：

　1．帮助孩子养成听英语习惯。

　⑴每天安排一个固定的时间（10分钟左右）督促孩子听英语。如每天固定在晚上7：00听英语，则每天一到这个时间就帮助孩子准备好，让孩子养成习惯。听英语时，能听一句跟着说一句，并对比自己的发音，尽量模仿，自己纠正。

　⑵帮助孩子完成听说英语作业。因为我们是从口语开始训练，所以一年级的英语作业大多是听和说。让孩子看着英语单词卡片说一说，或边做动作边说等等。并建议家长让孩子看着英语书第一页的英语汇总表让孩子读一读上面的句子和单词。

　2．帮助孩子养成用英语的习惯。

　我们的英语教学不从a b c字母开始，而从英语口语开始，一方面是遵从学习规律；另一方面是为了孩子应用的需要。我希望您能多问问

　孩子“今天英语学到了什么”，孩子学到的儿歌，歌曲等可以鼓励他表演给别人看。有条件的还可以用学到的与孩子对话。总之，鼓励孩子把学到的在家里用起来。

　3. 帮孩子搜集一些少儿英文歌曲，在家里多让孩子听一听。

　20xx年9月，刚刚从学校毕业来到我校成为一名教师，当第一次走进教室时学生们脸上那种松了口气的表情，可能是老师严肃的表情看太多了吧，换了一个新来的老师他们都觉得很放松吧，但是一进学校就听到许多诸如课堂混乱，学生不听话，甚至故意与老师作对这种恐怖故事，心里便默念着，要给他们一个下马威。于是，在我教书生涯的第一个学期，发怒成了我生活中出现得最多的动作。课堂上有人不专心，没完成作业这些都会引起我的发怒。于是我会在课堂上大声呵斥犯错的学生，只因为觉得这样做会在全班起到震慑作用，却没有去想这个学生会有怎样的感受。也忽略了同样坐在教室中其他的那些满怀期待等老师讲授下一课，他们很好奇的内容的学生。

　其实，每一个孩子都是可爱的，虽然他们有的可能学习成绩有些差强人意，但他有可能是运动会上的冠军，是劳动中的能手，是他主动送生病的同学去医务室，谁能说他不是个好孩子，又有谁是完美的呢？

　无意中我读到了一个故事，故事说古代有位老禅师，一日晚上看见墙角边有一张椅子，是哪位出家人违犯寺规越墙出去遛达了。老禅师也不声张，走到墙边，移开椅子，就地而蹲。少顷，果真有一小和尚**，黑暗中踩着老禅师的背脊跳进了院子。当他发觉刚才踏的不

　是椅子，而是自己的师傅时，惊慌失措，张口结舌。但师傅并没有厉声责备他，只是以平静的语调说：“夜深天凉，快去多穿一件衣服。” 故事深深地打动了我，孩子们对老师是宽容的，只要你对他们付出过爱心，那么你曾经对他们的冷言冷语，暴跳如雷，他们都可以原谅。他们崇拜你、爱你。我又常常想，老师也应该对学生宽容再宽容一些，芸芸众生，各有所长，各有所短，可能他们经常无法克制自己的言行，无法很好地完成学习任务，不一定有辉煌的未来，可是谁说一个平凡的人就比谁低人一等呢？像故事中的那个老和尚，就清楚地知道，宽容是一种无声的教育。虽然书本知识的灌输是很重要的，但是给学生营造一个宽容的学习环境，在鼓励学生的人格力量的成长上，个性张扬的发展上，是有利得多的。整体的社会潮流、教育氛围和工作生活压力，有时候让我们教师偏离了方向。

Choosing to live in narrow spaces leads to a form of mental agoraphobia, and that brings its own terrors. I think the wilfully unimaginative see more monsters. They are often more afraid.

　What is more, those who choose not to empathise enable real monsters. For without ever committing an act of outright evil ourselves, we collude with it, through our own apathy.
